Evaluation of the Finnish team squad in Euro
Lukas Hradecky (Leverkusen), Joel Pohjanpalo (Union Berlin), Fredrik Jensen (Augsburg) or Teemu Pukki (Norwich) are players with a little reputation of the Nordic team. While the rest are completely anonymous to world football fans.
Pukki is seen as the hope of Finland. The 31-year-old striker once made a strong impression in the 2019/20 Premier League with Norwich. After a season of relegation, he and “Canary” quickly returned to the Premier League.
Pukki is currently ranked 6th in the list of players with the most caps for Finland (90 matches). He is also second in the scoring list with 30 goals, only 2 goals behind the leader Jari Litmanen.
